ASSOCIATION
PRESIDENT/CEO
The Greater Pennsylvania Alzheimer’s Association, a statewide
association covering 57 counties, is seeking an experienced
President/CEO. The organization has a geographically dispersed staff
and maintains a budget of $2M. The position provides leadership to
staff and volunteers to ensure that the
Association maximizes fund development opportunities, develops
programs to meet diverse community needs and provides strong advocacy
efforts to improve public policy. The successful candidate will have
the following:

Exemplary leadership with
strong communications and organizational skills.

Minimum of 5 years of
demonstrated success in senior management positions in non-profit or business
management.

Extensive background in
management and development of staff, fund development, strategic planning and
financial management.

Proven ability to develop
collaborations and coalitions among diverse groups.
The position will be
located in either our Harrisburg or Pittsburgh office. Competitive salary and benefit
