HISTORY
In 2001, the
Pennsylvania Alzheimer’s Association Chapters formed the Pennsylvania Public
Policy Coalition to coordinate statewide advocacy efforts. The most
effective way to impact policy is to get involved and the single best way to
influence legislators is to have an organized constituency identify a
concern and express how it will impact their livelihoods. Therefore, as a
collective whole, we can have a powerful impact on legislation. Every
voice counts!
