Blues Night 2004
Thank you to the members of the Parrot Heads and guests that attended “Blues Night 2004”.  You raised $3,500 for the Alzheimer’s Association!

Bill Wharton, “the Sauce Boss”, cooked up fabulous music and a huge pot of gumbo for a crowd of over 200!  This annual benefit event in Hershey, PA was hosted by the Parrot Heads in Amish Paradise.

Public Policy Trip 2004

Caregivers, families, volunteers, advisory council members, and staff, visited our Pennsylvania legislators in D.C. on March 23, 2004!  Our advocates were present at the legislative hearing in which testimonies from key individuals were heard to support the request from the Alzheimer's Association for $40 million in research money to help us to get a step closer to finding a cure for Alzheimer's.  They also made personal visits to key legislators and their aides.
